The TNRD manages a broad miscellany of other land use and development approval processes, including but not limited to: Temporary Commercial/Industrial Use Permits, Manufactured Home Parks, Campgrounds, Liquor Licenses, Special Events and Heritage Conservation applications. Temporary Use Permit Application

An application to permit a temporary commercial or industrial use on a property for a two year term which may be extended for one additional two year term.

Manufactured Home Park Application

An application to create a new manufactured home park or to extend an existing manufactured home park on parcels zoned for manufactured home park use in accordance with Bylaw 2504.

Campground Application
