New Groundwater Well Completed in Black Pines, All Water Advisories Lifted

Kamloops, BC – May 3, 2024 – Effective immediately, the Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) has lifted the Boil Water Notice and Water Quality Advisory for the Black Pines Community Water System. Testing has now been completed on the new groundwater well, and water quality results from the new groundwater source are within Interior Health guidelines

Notice: Electoral Area “B” Curbside Collection Delayed Due to Break-In

Kamloops, BC – May 1, 2024 –The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) is informing customers in Avola and Blue River that curbside collection will be postponed for the next week. This is due to an overnight break-in at the Blue River Eco-Depot resulting in damage to the collection vehicle, which will now need to be repaired.
