HHW Declaration Form
To be eligible for free drop-off of residential hazardous waste, this form must be completed and signed prior to disposal of household products that contain components that are corrosive, toxic, flammable reactive, or are generated by individuals on the premise of a temporary, rental, or permanent residence.
Note: Fees will apply for hazardous material generated at a place of business or hauled by a commercial business.
Important Safety Tips
- Do not mix chemicals
- Do not pack materials in large plastic bags
- Empty and dry chemical containers may be recycled or placed in your regular garbage
- Keep products in original containers or in tightly-secured containers
- Pack items in a sturdy box upright in your trunk
