By signing and submitting this application, I declare that:

  • I am 18 years of age or older on September 14, 2024;
  • I am a Canadian citizen;
  • I have been a resident of B.C. for at least six (6) months immediately preceding voting day;
  • I am a resident in the jurisdiction for which voting is taking place or the owner of real property within the jurisdiction for which voting is taking place for at least 30 days immediately preceding voting day;
  • I am not disqualified by the Local Government Act or any other enactment from voting in this election;
  • I have completed this application with accurate information to the best of my knowledge; and
  • I will not attend a voting place to vote again if I submit a mail ballot.
