The Village of LyttonĀ was incorporated in 1945, and has long been referred to as “Canada’s Hot Spot.” Lytton is located at the confluence of the Thompson and Fraser Rivers and is one of the longest continually inhabited areas of North America. Lytton is rebuilding after the June 30, 2021 Lytton Creek Wildfire.
