The Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) invites proposals through this Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified proponents to review the TNRD’s existing Regional Solid Waste Management Plan. This review would also cover recently-developed studies and reports, and would require the proponent to develop an Effectiveness Review report for submission to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy.
