If you wish to submit correspondence to the Board of Directors it must:
- Be addressed to “The TNRD Board” “Chair and Board” or “Board of Directors”
- Contain your full name and mailing address
The Corporate Officer must receive the correspondence no later than noon on the Wednesday preceding a regular Board Meeting for the correspondence to be included on the Board Agenda. All submissions will form part of the public record.
If correspondence relates to a land use matter, it will be submitted to the appropriate Public Hearing. If submissions are received after a Public Hearing is closed, the law does not allow local governments to receive or consider them, unless the Public Hearing is subsequently re-opened. When a Public Hearing is open or re-opened, it will be advertised accordingly.
Your correspondence, with your name and address will appear on the Board Agenda under the correspondence section. Personal phone numbers and email addresses will be redacted.
