Even though the risk is considered low, persons with compromised immune systems should use boiled or bottled water for drinking, food preparation, or dental hygiene as a precaution. Young children, pregnant women, elderly, and people suffering from a serious illness are considered immune compromised.
The acceptable boiling or disinfection method is as follow:
1. Bring water to a rapid boil for at least one (1) minutes.

Annual Watering Restrictions
Watering restrictions are in place for all TNRD water systems from May 1 to September 15. Watering is prohibited between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm.
