TNRD Electoral Areas M & N Community Survey
An Official Community Plan (OCP) is the vision a community has for its future. It is a document that will guide decision making and how your community will grow and change over time. It influences everything around you from infrastructure, to recreation, to land uses such as residential, commercial, industrial, and agriculture.
The new OCP will cover all of Electoral Areas “M” and “N” and replace existing Nicola Valley OCP that was created in 1996 and covers only a portion of these Electoral Areas. Your feedback is key to a successful OCP! For more information, you can visit: tnrd.ca/mn-ocp-2024.
