The Thompson-Nicola Regional District created this short Accessibility Survey to receive feedback from the public on accessibility at TNRD owned and operated facilities.
The TNRD conducted this survey as consultation ahead of developing an Accessibility Plan, to identify barriers to accessibility and inclusion that may be experienced by members of the public or TNRD staff. Barriers may be present in the built environment, information and communications, or the delivery of programs or services.
The survey was open from June 26 to September 1, 2023, and gave respondents the opportunity to provide feedback on physical properties and online platforms that belong to the TNRD and comment on their own experiences relating to accessibility.
